2. What Personal Data We Process, for What Purpose, and on What Legal Basis

When visiting our website and using our services, we process your data in the following situations:

A. Communication via the Contact Form

• What data we process: First name, surname, e-mail address, potentially a phone number, and the content of your message.

• Purpose of processing: Handling your inquiry, demand, or comment sent from our home page (Home Page).

• Legal basis: Processing is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or it constitutes our legitimate interest in proper corporate communication pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

B. Use of Cookies

Our website uses cookies to ensure functionality and to analyze traffic. We comply with Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, as amended.

• Technical (necessary) cookies: They ensure the basic functioning and security of the website. They are essential for the operation of the pages. Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not require your consent for these cookies.

• Marketing and analytical cookies: They serve to analyze traffic and target advertising, which corresponds to our business activities, including advertising and marketing. Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). These cookies are only activated if you grant us your consent via the cookie banner. 

 

3. Retention Period of Personal Data

We retain personal data from the contact form for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, but for no longer than 1 year from the termination of communication, unless a contract is concluded (in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, governing the statute of limitations).

We retain data obtained from marketing cookies for the period for which you granted us consent, typically for a maximum of 13 months, or until it is withdrawn.

 

4. Who Has Access to Your Data (Data Recipients)

Your data is primarily processed by us. However, in certain cases, we utilize secure and verified processors:

• Web hosting and IT service providers.

• Analytical and marketing software providers (e.g., Google, Meta), subject to your consent.

The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area unless that country or recipient ensures an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.

 

5. What Are Your Rights Under the GDPR

Under the conditions set forth in the GDPR, you have the right to:

• request access to your personal data,

• the rectification of inaccurate data or the erasure thereof (the "right to be forgotten"),

• the restriction of processing,

• object to the processing (e.g., in the case of a legitimate interest),

• data portability,

• withdraw your consent to processing (e.g., for marketing cookies), simply via the settings on our website.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz).

 

This policy is effective as of the date of its publication (June 15, 2026).

 

Language Discrepancy Clause / Jazyková doložka:

In the event of any discrepancies, contradictions, or inconsistencies between the Czech and English versions of this Privacy Policy, the Czech version shall prevail.
